If you are looking to find a wedding dress you absolutely should take a look in Cherish Bridal! My parents had been recommended Cherish by a friend and I have to say I don’t think I could have chosen a better shop! Tracy and Meg made the experience of buying dresses the best it could be! They gave amazing advice and the dress I walked away with was one Tracey had picked out for me, she also perfectly matched a beautiful veil. When I came back to look at bridesmaid dress ideas Tracey pulled out two beautiful styles of bridesmaid dress that matched in with my dress, all my bridesmaids loved them even the 12year old who was protesting the thought of wearing a dress! And despite saying she would change for the evening she never did! I was struggling with colours to match my husbands kilt and again Tracey’s keen eye helped me choose a colour that was stunning and went really well with everything I wanted. I honestly really enjoyed buying my dress here so I just want to say thank you to everyone involved!

A friend of mine recommended cherish bridal when I first got engaged. I didn't know where to start looking for my dress so I started there.. and never went anywhere else! Tracy was wonderful from the start. She made me feel at ease, there was no pressure. I ended up picking the dress she had suggested! As soon as she put me in it I knew it was the one. She had listened to what I liked during the appointment and clearly has so much experience knowing what styles suit different brides. She was always on hand to answer any questions and fitted my appointments in around me as I wasn't local. It made the whole experience fun, relaxed and stress-free! My husband absolutely loved the dress too 🙂

When I started looking for a wedding dress it was a big deal for me for a couple of reasons. Firstly I do not like dresses (at all!) and secondly I had been to a couple of shops and had some terrible people say that style was for thinner people or people with more money! So when I went to Tracy I was skeptical. However Tracy very quickly put me and my family at ease and picked me the perfect dress that truly made me look and feel beautiful. Tracy after that was a constant support and even gave me some wacky ideas for my Alice in Wonderland wedding. It might sound very cheesy but she made my wonderful day even better as I walk down the aisle more confident than I thought possible. I visited Cherish Bridal after seeing they were hosting a designer weekend showcase at their shop. The designer was being hailed as the best of the season and I couldn't believe my luck when I realised Cherish were getting a number of the beautiful gowns in. I went along and having already reviewed the designers range - I has a list of dresses I thought I wanted. On entering the shop Tracey greeted me like a long lost friend. We were treated to a glass of bubbles and then started to pull the dresses on my list. Tracey then approached me and said I think we should try this dress as your wild card. I hadn't even given this dress a second look. I tried all of the dresses on I had selected and although they were stunning something was missing. I tried the wild card on last of all. My heart skipped a beat. This dress was more than I could have ever dreamt of. Tracey is an absolute genius in that respect. She has a fantastic insight into what suits brides - even before they know it themselves! I went back the day after and bought my wild card dream dress. Tracey continues to be a great friend and I can't wait for our wedding next year. I have recommended a number of friends to Cherish with absolute confidence. What Tracey has you can't bottle and it's not on offer at every bridal shop you visit.

After a recommendation from a friend who bought her dress from here I decided to visit cherish bridal. However I had been to two dress shops before then and was getting upset I could not find the dress I dreamed of. From the moment I stepped into the shop I had a positive feeling that I would find my dress here. The one thing I immediately can say was Tracy listened and did not tell me what I should choose. She did advise to try every shape and style on as they all look different on different people. I tried on approximately 5 gowns and then Tracy pulled one dress which I just did not like the look of and it was the shape I always said I would not wear. OMG I could not believe how this dress had me in tears and my mother in law and I knew instantly this was the dress for me. Tracy you are amazing and know exactly what looks great on your brides. You never give your opinion but just make the correct choice for the brides without coming across as opinionated. Working with you throughout the whole process was a pleasure and I would just come to the shop to try dresses on just for the sheer magical experience . Tracy is an amazing woman so much patience and time for her clients my mum bought her mother of the bride outfit here including shoes and accessories they were truly stunning i got my bridesmaids dresses and shoes from her after my shoes arrived they were to small as they had to be dyed white with days to go untill the wedding tracy pulled every stop to get them right and what a fantastic job she did only downfall is i wish i got my dress from here rather than waste my time and money going elsewhere for appalling customer service cant wait to renew my vows so i can pick one of tracys fabulous dresses xxx

Where to start? In March this year I had to bring my wedding forward. I was getting married in 4 weeks under difficult circumstances. I had no idea what I wanted in a dress as hadn't even thought about it. Found Tracy on FB & quite frankly she was/is AMAZING! After a recommendation from a friend I decided to visit cherish bridal, I wanted to try on a specific dress which Tracy was more than happy to help me with.
I loved the dress but Tracy wanted to make sure it was definitely the one I wanted and asked if there were any others I liked but, I wasn't sure what would suit me. Thankfully, Tracy has a great eye and knew exactly what would suit me, she pulled a few dresses for me to try on as she didn't want me to leave thinking I wanted one dress that may not be the one, she wanted to make sure i was 100% happy with my choice.
One dress she pulled for me I was a bit unsure about and didn't really like the look of it on the hanger but, once I put it on I fell in love and knew it was my dress!
If I didn't have Tracy there to help me I would never have tried it on and could still be looking now, Tracy gave me a first class friendly service and nothing is too much for her, she made me feel totally at ease and even when I was stressing about whether I made the right choice or not, Tracy was there to reassure me! I would definitely recommend Tracy, I know I have nothing to worry about as she has it all in hand and taken care of for me. Thank you Tracy. X

I have lived in Egypt for nine years and the dresses here are amazing, so why do I visit Cherish Brides every summer when I come back to England? The simple reason is the quality of service and value for money.
Each summer I visit the shop and buy two or three Bridesmaid dresses for use in events I may attend in Egypt. I buy off the rail and normally need alterations to both the bodice and length, last month I even requested a style change to the straps of one dress. Tracy made all the alterations within 24 hours and I flew home with the gowns one day later. Bless her, I am always on the last minute and she never fails to deliver.
Thank you for such an attentive and personal service, unrivaled by any other shop I have used.

Tracy has an amazing shop, and her recent awards are rightfully deserved. Not only does she have a beautiful shop and warm friendly manner, but she also has the most stunning dresses. leaving you stuck for choice!

I couldn't be more happy with the experience I received here. After trawling around various bridal shops and becoming disillusioned with the whole dress buying process and service, Tracy and Co at Cherish Bridal were like a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere in the shop is so welcoming and relaxing it was like an oasis in the stress of the whole wedding planning. I really felt like they cared and no matter what was necessary in terms of alterations, my dress would be perfect... And it was! Also, they don't charge you upfront for some ridiculous alterations package here, some others were trying to charge up to £250 even before the dress arrived (how can they even know how much work they'll need to do?! You could literally end paying hundreds to have a hem taken up!). Pat, one of the seamstresses that works with Tracy is a legend. She charged me a reasonable rate per honest hour of work and despite losing a lot of weight and needing a huge amount of work doing, it was very reasonable indeed and for top quality work too. There are so many shops out there where the service is phony and the exact same dresses are priced way higher. I'm so happy I found this little gem and I couldn't recommend Cherish Bridal highly enough. If I ever get invited to a posh ball I will be going here for my frock! Thanks so much you guys for making my experience so fantastic!

★★★★★ From my first appointment right through to my fittings and collection, Tracy has always made me feel relaxed and provided an enjoyable experience. She's down to earth, friendly and you can tell how much she cares about what she does.

Cherish was the first shop I visited and I knew I'd found THE dress but visited a few more shops and continued my 'journey' as Tracy called it - well, you only get to try on wedding dresses once, and she understood that.

Unlike other shops I visited, Tracy never tried to pressure me and nothing was too much trouble. On the day I ordered the dress we celebrated with some pink fizz which was a lovely touch and made the experience even more exciting!

I live in Manchester and of all the shops on my doorstep it was Cherish I went back to for my veil, bridesmaid dresses and jewellery, which is a testament in itself.

Thanks again for your patience and reassurance. I loved wearing my dress and felt like a princess! The girls looked fab too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to any bride to be.

I have never been a typical girly girl. Always preferring to embrace my inner geek and tomboy side I never thought I would be a 'blushing bride'.
That was until I went to see Tracey in Cherish Bridal.
We had visited a few bridal shops before Cherish but none made us feel more welcome. Tracey definitely knows her stuff and made suggestions of styles that would suit me.
On my first visit I knew which gown was mine and also knew that I could have a tailor made jacket made to go with it.
Tracey ensured that I was happy at every subsequent visit and the special offer on at the time for bridesmaids was the icing on the cake!
Her seamstress Gwen was also brilliant and did a great job making my chief bridesmaids gown individual for her.
Fantastic service from beginning right up until she laced me into my gown an hour before the ceremony. I could not recommend her any more.

I must admit that we went to many Bridal shops but Tracy was by far the best, she made us feel important and was professional - nothing was ever too much trouble. Tracy knows her stuff as my daughter Nicola told her what sort of dress she would like and the one Tracy pulled out was just perfect! Again when the Bridesmaids tried on many dresses it was Tracy who pulled the right dress out which was a perfect match to the Brides dress. Tracy helped to make my daughters day perfect! not only did she come out to dress the bride but helped the bridesmaids to get ready too (in which she didn't have to) Every one of our guest commented on how well matched and beautiful they all were. Thank you so much Tracy for being part of our special day. I bought my other daughters prom dress from here a couple of years ago and it was just perfect. I will definately go back to CHERISH BRIDAL when my son or other daughter is ready to marry!! x

Having decided in a moment of madness to get married within 12-weeks of our engagement, after initial delight I was met with shrieks of horror from friends who were certain that I would never find a dress I loved in time!! Cue a call to Tracey after a recommendation from my sister! Living in Surrey meant that logistics of arranging visits to choose a dress, fittings etc...were tricky, but Tracey was a true professional from the start, booking my dates, advising what I needed to do and when, holding dresses to one side ready for my visit and most importantly providing the reassurance that my dream dress would be a possibility despite timescales. I had booked two other appointments for that day but after 2.5hrs at Cherish, on my very first appointment, I had bought my dress! Everything I thought I wanted turned out to be wrong, until the moment that Tracey told me to 'humour her' and I stepped into one I would never have chosen off the rail, bursting out crying pretty much immediately! She knew exactly what would suit me and my bridesmaids and I got first class treatment. It was an experience I'll never forget. After that, I needed some fittings and to fit in with our busy schedule (and travelling up and down the country), she opened on a Sunday just for me, to make sure I had everything for the big day. From the minute that i stepped in your shop in feb 2011 until well now you have gone above and beyond my expectations. Your friendly nature, professional approach, perfectionism and you as a person make who you are and what your shop is about, when i first met you we instantly clicked and i knew that i would have the dress of my dreams from you, as you get to know your girls before they even try dresses on. Me and my mum went to may bridal shops and when we found this little gem on the outskirts of Northwich we weren’t disappointed. To my horror you made me try dresses on that i hated and dresses i ‘thought’ as you know what suited me. This is what Tracy (or Fairy god mother as i like to call her) so special, she treats you like an individual and not just another customer or another order. When i first picked my dress, i lived in Winsford, then moved to Devon, Tracy understands that its not always possible for her girls to come a certain times and is more then happy to stay late or meet at times that are convenient for us... she is an absolute star!!! My dress was perfect in every way, and she has a great team with her for alterations etc and she really puts you at ease... like i say my expections were totally exceed for this very special dress and nothing was ever too much trouble, even down to the day before where i actually pulled a bit of dress off because i didnt want it on the dress – she never stresses you out or makes you feel uncomfortable. If you are looking for your wedding dress or know someone that is getting married then they need to see this lady... one word..... amazing!!!! Tracy, i want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my day so special and for being my fairy god mother i love you very much x xx xx x

Well, here goes... Tracy and her team at Cherish Bridal are unbelievable... I recently got married and Cherish Bridal made me feel like a million dollars on my wedding day, some of us are not necessarily the "model" shape and size, that did not matter, Tracy instantly knew what would suit and instantly made a sale for both me and my bridesmaid.. I never even considered looking anywhere else !! From the first instance I met them, I felt comfortable and nothing was ever too much trouble, I bought the everything from Tracy, even down to my shoes.. why shop anywhere else when you have it right on your doorstep... First class service... and I will never be able to thank them all enough... I can't praise Tracy enough for all that she has done for me and my bridesmaids leading up to my big day. Having had a terrible experience at another bridal shop, Tracy very kindly came to the rescue and offered to store my dress while the wonderful Pat did the alterations. What first attracted us to the shop was the huge selection of bridesmaid dresses-we were spoilt for choice! With Tracy's help we settled on two absolutely stunning purple satin dresses which I know my bridesmaids will wear again. Nothing was too much trouble and Tracy was very patient while I chose my acessories(which took some time!).Thankyou again Tracy for all of your help and for saving a bride in distress!!xx

I live in Barcelona and I had decided that I wanted to get my wedding dress from England so I could choose it with my mum but I knew I would only have 2 days to find my dream dress!! Within minutes of walking into Cherish Bridal Tracy made me feel very comfortable and at ease, I found my dress with Tracy’s help and all my accessories within an hour!! I was so happy and excited. It was the first dress shop I had been in so Tracy said to me “go to a few other shops to make sure this is defiantly the right dress for you”. I went to some other shops and none of them compared to the professionalism of Tracy or her dresses, I knew I had picked the perfect dress and the best shop. One thing I realised when looking for my wedding dress was you’re not only choosing your dress but you’re your choosing the person that is going to make sure everything is perfect for you and Tracy is that person.
