Customer Notice

So unfortunately moving forward we have had to make the decision to start securing a booking fee for appointments .

This is because we’ve been let down so many times with consultation bookings recently – with people not letting us know they cannot attend or just simply not showing up !!!!

What is so annoying is the consultation time could have been offered to another bride wanting an appointment but without enough notice – we cannot fill it .

Obviously we are understanding and know things happen but we need to implement this moving forward.

We as a small business cannot afford to have this happen any longer.

So as of Monday November 8th we will be implementing the following…

When booking your appointment we will ask for card details to secure your booking.

The booking fee is a £20 deposit taken via bank transfer upon booking appointment to be refunded on arrival via your bank details

**48 hours MINIMUM notice is to be given if you cannot attend for any reason . **

As a small business we hope you appreciate our reasoning and we appreciate your cooperation with this decision.
